ISLAMABAD: Two people were killed and nine others injured in a suicide blast in Pakistan’s northwest Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, the military said on Thursday.
In a statement, the army’s media wing Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said that the blast took place on Wednesday in the Miran Shah area of the North Waziristan district of the province.
The deceased included a soldier and a civilian while all the injured were civilians, the statement said.
No groups have claimed responsibility for the attack yet.
