Secretary at Parliament Secretariat Ghimire resigns

KATHMANDU: Dhruva Prasad Ghimire, Secretary of the Federal Parliament Secretariat, has resigned from his post.

He resigned nine months prior to his retirement.

‘I resigned as of household chores,’ said Secretary Ghimire. Ghimire was the head of the Federal Parliament Secretariat’s Administration Division.

On Tuesday, Ghimire submitted his resignation to Secretariat General Secretary Bharatraj Gautam. His resignation was accepted on Wednesday.

According to the committee’s secretariat, Ghimire’s resignation was approved at a meeting of the Parliament Secretariat Management Committee on Wednesday, which was presided over by National Assembly (NA) Speaker Ganesh Prasad Timilsina.
