Neha Chaudhary’s husband Dr Pankaj nabbed

KATHMANDU: Dr. Pankaj Chaudhary was arrested after allegedly beating and kicking his wife out of the house under the guise of dowry. Dr. Pankaj, 35, of Ramgopalpur 5, Mahottari, was apprehended by police on Tuesday evening.

Mahottari Police Chief SP Krishna Pangeni confirmed Pankaj’s arrest on Tuesday evening. He stated that he was arrested in cases of domestic violence and dowry and that the necessary investigations were underway. His wife Neha came to stay at Dr. Pankaj’s house on Tuesday afternoon.

However, after being denied entry into the house, Neha sat in front of the gate. Following that, it is believed that the police arrested her husband, Dr. Pankaj. Dr. Pankaj is now being held in the custody of the District Police Office in Jaleshwar. Neha has demanded that her mother-in-law and father-in-law, who beat her and kicked her out of the house, be arrested as well.

Dr. Pankaj’s entire family fled after his arrest. The house’s gate is now locked. SP Pangeni stated that everyone who is required to be arrested under the law will be arrested.

Last Falgun (Feb/March), Neha and Dr. of Mahottari’s Aurahi Municipality 1 Pankaj was married.

Neha’s family contributed more than one crore rupees in cash, gold, and silver to the marriage.
