It is appropriate for govt to enact an ordinance as part of its responsibilities

KATHMANDU: Nepal Communist Party General Secretary Nekra Bikram Chand Biplav has welcomed the government’s ordinance to withdraw serious criminal cases.

In a statement issued on Tuesday, he stated that the ordinance was developed in consultation with his party.

“It is a welcome thing for the government to submit an ordinance as part of its responsibility in accordance with the discussion and agreement with our party,” Biplav said, adding, “which our party wants to take positively and thank.”
