MP Sharma provides three lakhs to underprivileged students

BIRATNAGAR: Dr. Sunil Sharma, a newly elected member of the House of Representatives, has provided warm clothing and educational materials to Ram Basic School students in Sundarharaincha Municipality-9, Morang. Following his election, Dr. Sharma personally assisted students and laid carpets in three classrooms at the school, fulfilling a promise made during the campaign.

The school’s principal, Dil Kumar Shrestha, stated that MP Sharma has personally provided support to the students and the school in the amount of three lakhs. There are 169 students studying up to class 5 in Ram Basic School.

The majority of the students come from low-income families from Dalit and tribal communities. Dr. Sharma has given each student in the school one warm cloth, six copies, and ten pens.

Similarly, thick carpets have been laid in one room of the child development center and two rooms of class one for the students’ convenience in their studies.

A support program was organized at the school. MP Sharma’s mother-in-law Loknath and Homa Devi Neupane participated in the program and provided warm clothing and educational materials to the students on behalf of their son.

Indira Sharma, wife of MP Sharma and Managing Director of Nobel Hospital, stated that the students received assistance in accordance with the election promise. The donation was made in honor of the Sharma couple’s wedding anniversary.

Dr. Sharma is following through on a campaign promise. According to his election promise, the day after he was elected, he allocated 50 free beds cavin in Nobel Hospital to the people of the constituency.
