NTC users not be charged any fees when using Civil Bank mob-banking

KATHMANDU: Civil Bank and Nepal Telecom have signed a partnership agreement
Civil Bank’s Chief Business Officer Bhola Bahadur Bista and Nepal Telecom’s Chief Commercial Officer Sangita Aryal signed the agreement.
According to the agreement, Nepal Telecom’s mobile service users will not be charged any fees when they turn on their data and use the civil bank’s mobile banking app for fund transfer, QR payment, and other features beginning Dec 16.
In accordance with Nepal Rastra Bank’s policy of encouraging electronic transactions, Civil Bank has entered into this agreement with the convenience of its customers in mind.
Civil Bank Chief Business Bhola Bahadur Bista stated that this agreement will directly benefit more than 4.5 million users of Civil Bank’s mobile banking app.
