JB Rana’s Case: Parliament Secretariat to answer the questions asked by SC

KATHMANDU: The Parliament Secretariat is going to answer the questions asked by the Supreme Court (SC).

The Federal Parliament Secretariat has prepared to answer the questions asked by the SC.

For that, the General Secretary of the Federal Parliament Secretariat, Dr. Bharatraj Gautam, is engaged in internal consultation.

After giving a letter that the impeachment against the suspended Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Cholendra Shumsher Rana was ineffective, the SC asked Gautam for an answer last Wednesday.

Narayan Prasad Regmi, City Magistrate of the SC, sent a letter to General Secretary Gautam asking on what basis the impeachment was rendered ineffective according to the constitution and law.
