NIBL Ace & Himal Water Park & Village hotel signs an IPO agreement
As per the agreement, NIBL Ace Capital Limited will provide the hotel with pre-IPO, IPO, and post-IPO services.
KATHMANDU: NIBL Ace Capital Limited has signed Roadmap for an IPO agreement under its corporate advisory service with Himal Waterpark and Village Hotel Pvt. Ltd (Clarks Resort, Birgunj). The agreement was signed by, Mr. Sachindra Dhungana Deputy General Manager of NIBL Ace Capital Limited and Mr. Sunil Kumar Khetan, Director of Himal Waterpark and Village Hotel Pra. Li. Limited (Clarks Resort, Birgunj) in presence of Mr. Mekh Bahadur Thapa Deputy Chief Executive Officer of NIBL Ace Capital Limited, Mr. Bhuwan Raj Panta Head of Corporate Advisory Service of NIBL Ace Capital Limited and Mr. Rajesh Ranjan General Manager of Himal Waterpark and Village Hotel Pvt. Ltd (Clarks Resort, Birgunj).
The hotel was established by Sunil Kumar Khaitan, entrepreneur and director of the company from Birgunj. This hotel has a total area of 122,430.48 square feet. The construction of this hotel began in 2073 and is now complete.
Himal Water Park and Village Hotel Private Limited (Clarks Resort, Birgunj) is Clark Resort’s first international hotel chain and a well-known hotel brand in India. Clark Resort currently operates a number of hotels in India, including those in Jaipur, Lucknow, and Agra.
As per the agreement, NIBL Ace Capital Limited will provide the hotel with pre-IPO, IPO, and post-IPO services. In the first phase, NIBL Ace Capital will provide consulting services to Himal Waterpark and Village Hotel Private Limited (Clarks Resort, Birgunj) in all preparatory work to be done by the company prior to the issue of shares to the general public.
In the second phase, it will act as the issue manager for the public offering, and following the issuance of shares, NIBL Ace Capital Limited will act as the share registrar for Himal Water Park and Village Hotel Private Limited (Clarks Resort, Birgunj) in the third phase.
Under its Corporate Advisory Services, NIBL Ace Capital has been providing services such as the Business Plan, Market Assessment & Feasibility, Equity Raising, and Debt Raising & Loan Syndications to assist in the development of businesses.
