One person died when a truck plunges off a bridge

KATHMANDU: This morning, a truck fell from bridge number three on the Narayangadh-Muglin road section. An empty truck with the license plate BA2KH 7462 traveling from Muglin to Narayangadh fell from the side of the bridge under the bridge.

Police Inspector Sundeep Tamang of the Muglin area police office reported that the truck driver from Dhading and currently residing Mauwa Khola Santa Bahadur Rai died on the spot.

He stated that once the deceased’s relatives arrive, the body will be transported to Bharatpur Hospital for examination.
