Madhesh State Media Council chairperson Bhattarai found dead in hotel

KATHMANDU: Shivhari Bhattarai, the chairperson of the Madhesh State Media Council, was discovered dead.

Bhattarai was searched everywhere and found dead in his room after failing to attend to the general assembly’s program venue.

He was discovered with medicines in his hand and medicines scattered throughout the room.

Blood was seen coming out of Bhattarai’s mouth, according to him.

Bhattarai, according to journalist Yadav, returned to the hotel in normal condition after dinner with us yesterday evening.

However, it is unknown how he died at night.

Bhattarai was the former chairperson of the Nepal Journalist Federation Saptari and vice chairperson of the central committee.
