EC decides to recount votes in Bajura & Syangja-2

KATHMANDU: The Election Commission (EC) has decided to re-count votes in the Bajura and Syangja Constituency No. 2.

This decision was made at the EC’s meeting on Wednesday.

As the Nepali Congress (NC) had occupied the voting booth in Syangja-2, the UML and Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) halted the counting of votes.

Similarly, both parties in Bajura accused each other of occupying booths.
