Bibaha Panchami: Swayamvara completed

KATHMANDU: As part of the Sita-Ram Bibaha Panchami festival, the Swayamvara ceremony was completed today in Janakpurdham.

The Swayamvara ceremony at Rangbhoomi Maidan (Barah Bigha) was completed today.

Devotees from all over Nepal and India have flocked to Janakpurdham to take part in the Bibaha Panchami festival.

Swayamvara was performed by taking dolas from Ram Mandir and Janaki Mandir and carrying them to Rangbhoomi Maidan (Barah Bigha).

Sita-Rama Bibaha Panchami is being completed tonight.

Janakpurdham’s security has been beefed up.
