KATHMANDU: A man has died after being stung by hornets in Roshi Rural Municipality in Mangaltar on Sunday.

The deceased has been indentified as Aashish Bhujel, 22, a resident of Roshi Rural Municipality-9.

He was severely injured when he fell from a tree while attempting to burn hornets on a pine tree in the forest, and he died while receiving treatment at Dhulikhel Hospital.

The police are conducting the necessary investigations in this regard.
