Subas Nemwang elected from Ilam-2
The counting of votes, which was postponed earlier, started again from 9 pm on Saturday.
KATHMANDU: Subas Chandra Nemwang of CPN (UML) has been elected from Ilam Constituency No. 2.
According to the District Election Office, leader Nemwang won the HoR election by securing 30,020 votes and his closest contender Nepali Congress’ Damber Bahadur Khadka obtained 29,905 votes.
The counting of votes, which was postponed earlier, started again from 9 pm on Saturday.
