KATHMANDU: The newly elected members of the House of Representatives and the State Assembly from Kathmandu Constituency No. 3 thanked the voters and supporters today.
Santosh Chalise, elected to the House of Representatives, Chhiring Dorje Lama, and Bimal Thakuri, elected in States 1 and 2, respectively, thanked all voters during the program at the ‘Peace Banquet’ in Jorpati.
Santosh Chalise, a newly elected member of the House of Representatives, stated during the program that he will raise the voice of the people. He insists that, unlike previous parliamentarians, he will be sought by the people and will become a parliamentarian who seeks the people.
Nepali Congress has won three seats in Kathmandu for representatives and the state assembly.
