Rupandehi 3: Deepak Bohara leading, Bal Krishna Khand trails by 473 votes

KATHMANDU: In Rupandehi 3, Rastriya Prajatantra Party’s Deepak Bohara has defeated Nepali Congress candidate Bal Krishna Khand, who is also the home minister.

While Bohara took the lead by getting 27,631 votes, Khand, the candidate of the ruling coalition, obtained 27,158 votes.

With around 18,000 votes left to be counted, Khand is trailing by 473 votes.
