UML’s Gokul Baskota ensures victory in Kavre-2

KATHMANDU: Former minister and CPN-UML leader Gokul Baskota has secured victory in Kavre Constituency-2.

According to the latest results, Baskota has secured 43073 votes, while his closest competitor, Shiva Prasad Humagain of Nepali Congress, has secured 37604 votes.

With 9,478 votes, Dinesh Humagai of the Rastriya Swatantra Party is third.
