Saptari: CK Raut ensures victory in Saptari-2
Raut is ahead by double more votes than Yadav.
KATHMANDU: Janamat Party Chairperson Chandra Kant (CK) Raut’s victory in Saptari Constituency No. 2 is certain. His victory is certain because his difference of votes is more than the remaining votes to be counted.
JSP chairperson Upendra Yadav was contesting in Saptari Constituency No. 1 with the support of Raut of Janamat Party and UML.
Raut is ahead by double more votes than Yadav.
As the counting continues, Raut has secured 31,963 votes, while Upendra’s secured 15,586 votes.
Till the time of preparing this news, Yadav is trailing by 16,377 votes.
LSP’s Jaya Prakash Thakur secured 6,362 votes.
Now there are about 6,000 votes left to be counted.
CK Raut’s victory is certain even if the contestants get all those votes.
