KATHMANDU: The counting of votes in Myagdi has resumed after being halted due to a mistake in the ballot paper.
Vote counting was halted after ballot papers were discovered that had not been signed by the polling officer.
During the counting of votes at Malika Rural Municipality 5 Devisthan Center, 102 ballot papers for the House of Representatives were discovered to be missing the polling officer’s signature.
According to the election officer’s office, the counting of votes began with the parties’ agreement.
