Two ex-combatants of Maoist arrested for threatening to kill Lekhraj Bhatta

KATHMANDU: Two people have been arrested by the police on the charge of threatening to kill Lekhraj Bhatta, the CPN-UML candidate of Kailali 4.

Police arrested Sher Bahadur Lama of Dhangadhi 14 and Dipendra BK of Godawari Municipality-2 on Tuesday morning.

When it was discovered that they had threatened Bhatta by entering his home, Attariya, police arrested them, said Kailali Police Chief SP Somendr Singh Rathore.

Both the arrested are ex-combatants of Maoist.
