NC’s Gagan Thapa emerges victorious by 7,446 votes from Kathmandu-4

KATHMANDU: Gagan Thapa of the Nepali Congress was elected in Kathmandu Constituency No. 4.

His victory was declared officialy.

Thapa won by a margin of 7,446 votes, according to the final vote totals. Thapa won by a margin of 21,302 votes.

His closest rival, UML’s Rajan Bhattarai, has received 13,855 votes.

Thapa’s triumphal procession is being prepared.
