NC maintain its lead in Morang 6

BIRATNAGAR: Nepali Congress maintained its lead after 1300 votes were counted in Morang Constituency No. 6.

Shekhar Koirala, the Nepali Congress candidate, secured 720 votes.

Similarly, Lal Babu Pandit of the CPN-UML is in second place with 517 votes.

Yadav Pradhan of the National Independent Party received 142 votes, while Gopal Chhetri Katwal of the RPP received 79 votes.

Votes are being counted at the Jyoti Secondary School polling station in Sundararaincha Municipality ward number 6 (a), (b), and (c) polling stations.
