KATHMANDU: Sher Bahadur Deuba, the Prime Minister and President of the Nepali Congress, has taken the lead in the vote count for the general election held in Dadeldhura on Sunday.
So far, 1,000 votes have been counted in Dadeldhura, according to District Election Office sources, with NC candidate Deuba receiving 463 votes, followed by Karna Bahadur Malla of Nepali Congress BP.
Similarly, Malla secured 209 votes and is currently in third place.
While, Sagar Dhakal, an independent candidate, has secured 241 votes and remains in second place.
