DADELDHURA: Dadeldhura’s vote counting to begin at 2 p.m.

Chief District Officer Mohanraj Joshi stated that an all-party meeting is taking place and that voting will begin after 2 p.m.

In Dadeldhura, which has one House of Representatives constituency and two State Assembly constituencies, 56.64 percent of votes were cast.

Chief Electoral Officer Wagle reported that 51,660 votes were cast out of a total of 91,201 voters.

There are eight candidates in the House of Representatives, including Prime Minister and President of the Nepali Congress Sher Bahadur Deuba, Senior Vice Chairperson of the Nepali Congress BP Karna Bahadur Malla, and independent candidate Sagar Dhakal.
