CK Raut comes with wide lead in Saptari-2

KATHMANDU: Janamat Party Chairperson CK Raut has a commanding lead in the election for Saptari-2 House of Representatives member.

Raut has secured 629 votes out of the 923 total votes counted so far.

Jayar Pakash Thakur of the Loktantrik Samajbadi Party is in second place with 169 votes. Similarly, Upendra Yadav, the Chairperson of the Janata Samajbadi Party, secured only 59 votes.

Yadav was elected from Saptari-2 in the 2074 BS election.
