Sitaula is ahead of Lingden by double votes in Jhapa-3

KATHMANDU: Krishna Prasad Sitaula, a Nepali Congress candidate, has taken the early lead in Jhapa Constituency No. 3.

Sitaula received 102 votes out of 200 total votes cast, while Rastriya Prajatantra Party Chairperson Rajendra Lingden received 42 votes.

Prakash Pathak of the Rastriya Swatantra Party received 36 votes, while Yogendra Khanal, a candidate with a stick symbol, received 11 votes.
