BIRATNAGAR: Around 25% of votes have been cast in Jhapa, Morang, and Sunsari. According to security officials in the respective districts, 22-30 percent of votes were cast in Morang, Jhapa, and Sunsari, which had a large number of voters in State 1, until around 11:30 a.m.
