Explosion occurred outside the polling station in Dhangadhi

KAHMANDU: An explosion occurred near a polling station in Kailali’s Dhangadhi.

Explosions erupted outside the Sharada Secondary School polling station in the sub-metropolitan city’s Ward No. 2.

Some explosives went off in the morning, according to Ved Prakash Joshi, spokesperson for the District Police Office in Kailali, but no there were no any casualties.

Spokesman Joshi stated that the incident created a tense situation for a short time, but that things are now back to normal now that the Nepali Army team has arrived.
