KATHMANDU: Minister of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Pampha Bhusal has voted from Rajtirtha polling booth located in Lalitpur Metropolitan City-2.

A leader of the CPN (Maoist Centre), Bhusal is a candidate for Lalitpur constituency No. 3 representing the Left-Democratic Alliance.
