KATHMANDU: During the silent period, Sagar Dhakal, a candidate for the House of Representatives from Dadeldhura, posted on Facebook that the alliance will cause him problems in the end. He also stated that he has received numerous threats to remove his posts.
He once wrote on Facebook, ‘I remained restrained when I was threatened to delete the post.’
But today, they went ahead and held meetings with our team and supporters overnight to create pressure by saying that they need us, Sagar, and threatening to delete the supporter’s post has come from our competitor.
‘I request everyone to exercise restraint in the final period of the election without rigging,’ he added. We’re doing everything we can to avoid spending money. Friends, be cautious and fearless. I respectfully request that everyone work together to make tomorrow’s election fair and dignified.’
