According to the party, the election assembly will begin at 3 p.m. on the banks of the Narayani River.
Rabi Lamichhane, Chairperson of the National Independent Party, and other leaders will speak at the meeting.
Parties will be prohibited from campaigning beginning at 12:00 a.m. tonight.
