Reaching Morang Prachanda said, “Shekhar is a character of the peace process”
He called Shekhar a character of the peace process during his address to the election canvassing of the ruling coalition in Gachhiya.
KATHMANDU: CPN Maoist Center Chairperson Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ recently praised Nepali Congress leader Shekhar Koirala.
He went from place to place and praised the Congress leaders as a leader who has the potential to become Prime Minister and Minister and tried to please Dr. Shekhar Koirala by reaching Morang on Wednesday.
Jeevan Acharya, the son-in-law of Prachanda’s State Assembly 1 of Morang Constituency No. 6, is in the election field from the alliance. Whereas Congress leader Koirala is competing with UML leader Lal Babu Pandit on the union side.
He called Shekhar a character of the peace process during his address to the election canvassing of the ruling coalition in Gachhiya, located in Morang Region No. 6 Sundarharaincha Municipality-7 on Wednesday.
He said, ‘Shekhar is a character of the peace process’ because Dr. Shekhar Koirala worked as the right hand of Girija Prasad Koirala, the peace process has reached this point.’
He also praised his son-in-law who stood up in the state assembly during his speech. He called his son-in-law a young and dynamic leader.
Dahal also tried to show the horror of regression in Morang. He again appealed to the coalition to vote against the regression.
He argued that for the sake of peace, democracy, protection of the constitution and prosperity, the workers of the alliance should vote on the election symbols of each other’s parties.
