Prachanda’s wife Sita’s health continues to deteriorate

KATHMANDU: Sita Dahal, the wife of Maoist Center Chaiperson Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda,’ is “critical,” according to family sources.

Sita, who was only discharged a few days ago after her health improved, was admitted to Lalitpur’s Mediciti Hospital on Saturday.

Sita is currently receiving treatment in the intensive care unit. She was admitted to the ICU after her oxygen levels dropped.

She has had Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP), which has symptoms similar to Parkinson’s disease, for a long time.
