Lunar Eclipse: Difficulties to Aries

KATHMANNDU: The Nepal Panchang Judging Development Committee has announced that the upcoming Khagras Lunar Eclipse on Tuesday, Nov 8, will be extremely difficult for people born under the Bharani Nakshatra and Aries zodiac sign.

According to the committee’s ‘Rastriya Panchangam,’ a lunar eclipse may cause harmful to Aries, expense to Taurus, gain to Gemini, happiness to Cancer, happiness to Leo, and distress to Virgo.

Surya Prasad Dhungel, the committee’s executive director, also stated that feminine pain is mentioned for Libra, happiness for Scorpio, anxiety for Sagittarius, sorrow for Capricorn, success for Aquarius, and loss for Pisces.

A partial lunar eclipse will occur on Nov 8 at 05:11 p.m., as the moon will rise after the eclipse. The eclipse is known as Khagras as it covers the entire moon. After sunset at 05:13 p.m., the eclipse will be clearly visible.

The eclipse will end at 05:27 p.m., according to the committee. It is available at 06:34 p.m. For one hour and 23 minutes, the eclipse will be visible from Nepal. According to Prof. Dr. Ramachandra Gautam, a theologian, sutak begins nine hours before the lunar eclipse, as stated in the scriptures.

Food is prohibited for children, the elderly, and the sick beginning at 8:11 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov 8. He also stated that one cannot eat until the eclipse ends at 06:34 p.m. There is a scriptural saying that chanting, bathing, meditation, reading, and other activities during the eclipse will be beneficial.

Previously, on Oct 25, Tuesday, Kartik Krishna Aunsi, there was a solar eclipse. According to the committee, there will be an eclipse on both sides of the month of Kartik this year. A solar eclipse will occur on Aunsi, and a lunar eclipse will occur on the full moon.
