UML election campaign begins today in Darchula
The UML has planned programs in 40 districts across the country.
KATHMANDU: The CPN-UML is kicking off its election campaign from Darchula today.
UML Chairperson KP Sharma Oli is scheduled to inaugurate the nationwide election canvassing by addressing the election assembly at Khalanga in Darchula today. Oli will also address the meeting at today’s meetings in Baitadi and Kanchanpur.
The UML has planned programs in 40 districts across the country.
The UML will also forward Nepal’s new map, which includes territories such as Lipulekh, Kalapani, and Limpiyadhura, as part of the election agenda.
The then-Oli-led government had issued a new map of Nepal, which included the aforementioned territories, with parliamentary approval.
