He said, “The manifesto of UML is not going away, it is not a block of ice placed in the sun, We will make the manifesto’s twenty promises a reality.”
He stated that, just as Rastra Bank guarantees payment if the note is torn, the 20 guaranteed payments brought by UML will be made within five years. ‘This is not just a manifesto page; it guarantees everything.’ The public can request payment, and we or UML will provide it.’
Chairperson Oli stated during the live debate, “Our comment is for action.” This isn’t nonsense; it’s a guarantee. Not a scrap of paper. Development is on the agenda; of course, we will do it; we will pay for people’s development.’
