UML releasing manifesto (Live)

KATHMANDU: For the upcoming elections, the CPN-UML has released its manifesto (commitment letter).

KP Sharma Oli, the party’s chairperson, made the announcement at a special event in Kathmandu.

The manifesto has also been released through audiovisual means.
