According to the Maoist Center, in order for the Federal Democratic Republic to be effective, the existing form and system of government must be changed. For this reason, the Maoist center is also willing to amend the constitution.
The Maoist center has emphasized the formation of a government under its own leadership in the manifesto. According to the manifesto, the Maoist center will hold direct elections to choose the head of the state. According to the manifesto, the Maoist center will form a small cabinet.
