KATHMANDU: Today is Kartik Krishna Aunsi, and there is a solar eclipse.

The eclipse occurred at 4:52 PM, according to the Nepal Panchang Development Committee.

The sun set 32 minutes after the eclipse, at 5:24 p.m., according to Surya Prasad Dhungel, executive director of the committee.

According to Dhungel, the eclipse was visible from Nepal for approximately 32 minutes. Although it will not be visible from Nepal, the eclipse will end at 6:45 p.m.
