On Sunday, the Democratic Left Alliance will hold a joint meeting in Birendranagar, Karnali State’s capital. The meeting will be attended by the ruling coalition’s top leaders.
The meeting will be attended by Prime Minister and Chairperson of Nepali Congress Sher Bahadur Deuba, former Prime Minister and Chairperson of CPN Maoist Center Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda,’ former Prime Minister and Chairperson of CPN Unified Samajwadi Center Madhav Kumar Nepal, and other top leaders. It will begin at 2 PM at a hotel in Birendranagar.
Daman Shahi, spokesperson for the Nepali Congress State Committee, stated that candidates from each Karnali district, as well as certain leaders from each party, will attend the meeting. According to him, the team will first reach in Dhangadhi, the Far West’s capital, and will arrive in Birendranagar at 1 p.m.
