KATHMANDU: Voters will be able to vote with the official body’s identity card in addition to the voter ID card in the elections for the House of Representatives and the State Assembly on Nov 20.

According to Chief Election Commissioner Dinesh Kumar Thapaliya, when voting at a polling station bearing your name, you can use an identity card issued by the commission or an official identity card that reveals your identity.

He stated that one can vote by presenting their citizenship, passport, national identity card, Lalpurja, or an identity card issued by an official body.
