KATHMANDU: Vianet Communications, one of Nepal’s largest internet and television service providers, has celebrated 23 years in business.
In 1999, the company was founded with the goal of enriching the lives of its customers by providing the best digital services possible. The company has always been at the forefront of dependable and reasonably priced Broadband internet and TV services.
For the first time, Vianet pioneered Fiber Optics technology, also known as FTTH, in 2011, catapulting the country toward a high-speed network.
It was Nepal’s first internet service provider to offer dedicated speeds with no sharing ratio. Similarly, Vianet was one of the first companies to introduce IPTV services in 2016, improving Nepali customers’ TV viewing experiences.
