With Joshi’s death, the country has lost a tireless creator and guardian, President Bhandari

KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has said that the country has lost a tireless creator and guardian due to the death of eloquent centenarian Satya Mohan Joshi. She has also said that she is saddened by Joshi’s death.

In a tweet, she said, “The country has felt the pain of losing a tireless creator and parent with the death of literary centenarian Satya Mohan Joshi.”

She also mentioned that Satya Mohan’s meaningful life is a source of inspiration for all of us.

Joshi passed away today at 7:09 am during treatment at KIST Medical College, Gwarko, Lalitpur. Joshi was 103 years old.
