Dengue spread across the country, 47 dead

KATHMANDU: Dengue infection has spread in all 77 districts.

So far, 47 people have died from dengue, according to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP).

Since last Shrawan (July/August), 38,918 people have been diagnosed with dengue.

The MoHP has stated that countermeasures to prevent dengue infection have been increased.

According to the ministry, 52 people were confirmed to be infected with COVID-19 on Saturday.

The number of COVID-19 infections was confirmed after testing 1,000 763 samples.
