5 rebel candidates of UML expelled from the party
They were expelled by the relevant committees according to the central instructions of the party.
DHANGADHI: CPN-UML has expelled 5 rebel candidates from the party. The UML has said that they have expelled those who independently ran against the party’s official candidate from Sudurpaschim State.
Among those expelled are Sudurpaschim State Committee members Tek Bahadur Hamal, Khem Subedi, Central Advisory Council member Bhakta Bahadur Adhikari, Rastriya Mukti Samaj central member Bijay Singh Mayal and Tek Bahadur Saud.
They were expelled by the relevant committees according to the central instructions of the party.
Subedi had nominated as a member of the House of Representatives from Kanchanpur Constituency No. 1. Similarly, Adhikari had nominated for the State Assembly (1) of Constituency No. 1, Hamal for the State Assembly (1) of Constituency No. 2, Shraun for State Assembly No. 1 of Constituency No. 1, and Mayal for Constituency No. 1 of the House of Representatives.
