Interesting scene in Rupandehi: Father and son in the election field
There is an Independent candidates from the Khan family of Siddharthnagar Municipality-9 for members of the House of Representatives and members of the State Assembly.
RUPANDEHI: In Rupandehi Constituency No. 3, father and son have independently submitted candidatures for the posts of members of the House of Representatives and members of the State Assembly.
Faiz Ahmed Khan, the leader of the CPN (Maoist Centre), has filed an independent candidacy for State Assembly member ‘A’ of Rupandehi Constituency No. 3.
Similarly, his son, Imdad Hussain Khan, 28, has declared his candidacy for the post of an independent member of the House of Representatives.
There is an Independent candidates from the Khan family of Siddharthnagar Municipality-9 for members of the House of Representatives and members of the State Assembly.
According to Chief Electoral Officer Krisram Koirala, 24 candidates have been nominated for the post of House of Representatives member in Rupandehi Constituency No. 3.
He stated that 11 of these candidates were nominated as party candidates, while the remaining 13 were nominated independently.
