SURKHET: Jeevan Bahadur Shahi, the Chief Minister of Karnali State, has registered his candidacy directly from the State Assembly of Humla District.
He filed his candidacy at the Central Election Commission’s office today.
Although it was stated that the nomination papers would be registered in Humla at 2 p.m., it was not possible to travel there due to inclement weather.
