KATHMANDU: Chairperson Timilsina expressed his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to all Nepali sisters and brothers at home and abroad on this historic day and auspicious occasion of the promulgation of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal.
Through a video message, he said that although there have been some political changes in the 7 years since the constitution was promulgated, there has been no development and prosperity that the common people can feel.
He has also expressed his desire for the constitution’s long-term implementation.
He also paid emotional tributes to the eternal martyrs who gave their precious lives in various movements and struggles for the establishment of Nepal’s Federal Democratic Republic.
