Hearing on Paul Shah case in Tanahun today

POKHARA: Actor Paul Shah’s case is being heard today in District Court Tanahun. The hearing was adjourned several times due to various reasons.

But today’s hearing cannot be postponed. After today’s hearing, it will be decided whether Shah will be released or remain in prison.

Nawalpur district court had sentenced him in the case of child sexual abuse and not rape. From Nawalpur, he has to pay 2 and a half years imprisonment, 1 million compensation and 25 thousand fine.

A girl had lodged a complaint against Shah on charges of rape.

On the basis of the complaint dated February 11th, Shah himself reached the district police office on February 23. After that there is a debate against him.
