Committee took a statement based on 43 questions from Cholendra

KATHMANDU: The House of Representatives impeachment recommendation committee asked all 43 questions it had prepared to ask suspended Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher JB Rana.

The committee asked 35 questions until Sunday, and the remaining eight questions were asked during Tuesday’s statement.

The committee heard statements on Aug 31, Sept 1, and Sept 4. JB Rana will be questioned further by the committee.

However, the committee will make a decision at its next meeting. The committee has scheduled a committee meeting for 9 a.m. on Wednesday to make further decisions about the next process.
